Solved force display name change in real phone (snom) from management console

If I change the first name and last name of the extension in the management console the name is not changed in the phones display. I have to restart the phone.
Is there a way to force this change without restarting?

3CX should update the phone once every 24 hrs, so you could wait until this happens or force the update.

Within 3CX Management console, select the extension under Phones and click on 'Reprovision' tab along the top

The phone needs to get the new name from the server. This can only be done by re-provisioning or rebooting the phone.
