I have setup a virtual extension that when dialed it automatically forwards the call through our Voip Provider to an external number. The problem I am having is that when I dial the extension i get the "Call transfer failed."

Making calls through the Voip Provider works fine. It just does not allow to transfer the call.

The setup is 3CX version 7.0.4249.0 with Grandstream GXW-4104 gateway and SPA922 phones. The call log is as follows:

Anybody has an idea of why is the call not being forwarded??

Thanks.

Making calls through the Voip Provider works fine. It just does not allow to transfer the call.

How are you testing this? Are you making a call through the VOIP provider using a Grandstream phone?
Have you checked that the VOIP provider is correctly registered in the 3CX status page?

Is the VOIP provider a supported one? If not that is likely to be the problem.
