What is the best way to forward calls to outside number?
here is the scenario:
I've two PBXs connected via a bridge, let's call them A and B.
I've setup an IVR in A and one option in the IVR needs to be forwarded to an IVR in B.
At the moment, I've set it up as follows:
I've created a dummy extension in A and forwarding the call to the dummy extension.
In the dummy extension I've setup the IVR extension as Mobile number and setup a forwarding rule forward all calls to mobile.
This works but have a tiny issue.
the "music on hold" will play for about a second before forwarding the call to the IVR in B.
Any suggestions?!
