Forward to outside number isn't working

Hi, hope everyone is doing well

I have a problem with forwarding calls to outside numbers, at first it didn't work because we didn't have two SIM cards after getting a second SIM card it did work for a while delivering some calls dropping others then now it stopped working completely.

What do I need to have it work without a problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have not yet used it, the 3CX Activity Log will tell you what is happening with your calls, and why they fail. Set to Verbose for more information.

• CX Version, Standard Annual 18.0 (Build 461)
• Server OS, Debian 10
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? On-premises
• Provisioning Method: Local
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: NO, some ports are blocked by the ISP, so it can't fully pass but ports 5001,5060, 5061, 5090 all open and working
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

in the logs, it only shows Not Answered that's all

What make of GSM gateways is it? Did you create two trunks, in 3CX and on the gateway, so that calls can be directed to a specific SIM?
