Forward to Outside Number not working

Hi,

I have a new install of 3CX on Amazon lightsail, everything is working find the only issue is when I set my trunk to forward calls to an outside number it doesn't work. Our SIP provider is Skyetel and I have an outbound rule configured.

When I call out from an extension it works when I choose Ring my mobile simultaneously it works as well.

It only doesn't work when I ask it to forward to an outside number. I keep getting the can not be built! Erro.

Can you please create an Outbound rule without the Group restriction, for example use the option with number length and set this rule to the highest priority?
