forward voicemail message to an other extension

Hi,

While 3CX voicemail option works great, we are looking for a solution to forward voicemail messages to an other subscriber.

Does anyone have a solution for this request?

Since our customer has a Terminal Server environment, all voicemail messages are retrieved via desk phone, or via myphone tab voicemail and option "play on phone".

Request: The receptionist receives regularly voicemail messages she would like to forward to a colleagues voicemail box.

You can manually forward a message to another mailbox using the voicemail menu system. http://www.3cx.com/blog/myphone/voice-mail/

Thanks, that works great.

Is there a way to forward the voicemail message as a unread-message?
Right now, the message light is not getting activated when a forwarded voicemail is received.
