forwarding and keep the original number

Hi,

when call is not answered its forwarded to an external number.
unfortunately the number of the original caller is currently lost and replaced by a number in my system.
How can i forward the call with sending the number of the first caller?

There are several caller ID options in the outgoing trunk settings. As long as your provider allows the number to pass, you may have to change settings to determine which one allows the original number to pass through. This can differ from provider to provider. Make note of the original settings, as some changes can cause all calls to fail.

Can you try for test only to tick Avanced option "Supports Re-Invite" in Trunk settings
