Hi everyone,

been searching the forums all afternoon and have made progress. But reached a end.

I have a PSTN line for incomming calls and a VOIP provider for outgoing.

I have 1 extension connected to a linksys SPA921 (ext:100)
I have made another extension with forward all calls to a mobile number. (ext:500)

If i dial the extension 500 from the linksys it rings my mobile without a problem via the VOIP line.

However, if i try to forward calls on no answer, or create a ring group to try 100 for 10 seconds then transfer to 500. But it fails the moment 100 stops ringing. I have tried to make a extra outbound rule for the mobile number but im probably not doing it right.

Any help would be greatly appeciated.

I dial 0 to get a outside line. ext 800 is the ring group

Did you come across this thread....http://www.3cx.com/forums/forward-to-external-number-11687.html#p60133

I don't know if anything has changed now that Version 9 Beta is out.

Thanks for the reply,

Yeah thats one ive read, ive ticked the box but its spitting out the same error's.

I'll have another play around and see if i can get it to work

EDIT:
If i call the ring group 800 from the ext: 100 it rings the mobile phone. Obviously becuase 100 is busy.
