I'm using 3cx version 15.5.0 ,

In Status, Forwarding rules there is option internal and external calls.
when I call from an external mobile number to my "Outbound Caller ID" there is a 15s ringing on my Deskphone then 3cx forwards the call to my number that is given in 3cx extension.

Question: How can I see the external mobile number that calls to my "Outbound Caller ID" after its being forwarded to my mobile number? *I want to see the external mobile number not the Pilot number on my phone.

Any suggestions would be helpful
Thank you in advance.

First point here - how is the inbound call coming in - via SIP Trunk or Legacy line (Analogue/ISDN) ?
Do you have caller ID enabled on the line itself as it is a n added (paid for) feature with some lines.

Secondly are you talking about sending the inbound caller ID back out when it is forwarded to the external number (Spoofing) ?

First: via SIP Trunk

Secondly: NO, I want to send external call number who is calling my Outbound Caller ID to my phone. ( I want to see the number that's calling to my outbound caller id. )

Caller ID is enabled

Hello @Mohamed Zihnee Ibrahim

Please note that for this to work your Voip provider must support Clip No screening. That means they accept any number as outbound caller ID. Once you confirm that the provider supports that you need to know the SIP field they want this information sent to.
Once you know that and only then you can apply the necessary settings in the outbound parameters of your trunk. Changes in outbound parameters can break outbound calling completely that is why you need to know exactly what needs changing.
What provider are you using? Is it on the supported list? If so then you can see if Clip no screening is supported or not.

Are you forwarding the call or transferring the call? If the call if forwarded then the extension that receives the call should see the originator caller id.

I'm forwarding external calling number to my mobile phone

when the call comes to mobile phone, I see the Pilot number that's being set as default outbound caller ID.

BUT What I want is to see the external calling number on my mobile phone when it's forwarded from 3cx...

For Example..

I'm giving 9686999 as my mobile number in my extension.
And I'm giving 3005509 as my Outbound Caller ID in my extension.

Then I Change my forwarding rules as follows;
Internal
If I do not answer calls within: 10 seconds, Forward internal calls to: Forward to Mobile.
If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to: Forward to Mobile.

External
After timeout forward external calls to: Forward to Mobile.
If I am busy or my phone is unregistered, forward calls to: Forward to Mobile.

And My Outbound Default Caller ID is 3008800. ( Which always show on my phone, when it's ringing after forwarded. )

Suppose I'm calling from 7589058 (external number) to my Outbound Caller ID (3005509) and when it's being forwarded to My mobile phone, I see My Default Outbound caller ID (3008800).
What I want see is 7589058 (external number) on my mobile phone.

My answer is still the same as before. There are no settings that work with all providers as each provider does things differently. The PBX has the ability to do what you ask but you need to know what your provider supports and what to change.
Does your provider support Clip no Screening (any number as outbound caller ID) ?

Please keep us updated

If the provider does not support this functionality then no matter what the PBX sends this will not work. Setting this thread as resolved as the issue is not with the PBX.
