I have some trouble with forwarding calls that originate from an external VOIP line to another external number.
I'm only using VOIP lines. There are two incoming lines that are directed to the internal exension 200. One of these lines is also used for outgoing calls from 200 and the other one is used for outgoing calls for extension 100.
Extension 200 is forwarded to my cell phone after 10 seconds. When I call extension 200 from the internal extension 100 everything works fine - the call is transferred to my cell phone after 10 seconds. (The only strange thing here, is that the outbound rule applied to this forward call is the one configured for extension 100. I would think that if extension 200 is forwarding a call, it should use that extension number when it is matching "call from extension" in the outbound rule.)
When I call from an outside number (to one of my to lines - doesn't matter which one), I just get a "(6): Attempt to reach [sip:200@xxx:5060] failed. Reason: No Answer" followed by a "call terminated" when the transfer is supposed to happen.
I'm pretty sure this is a bug (or at least a weakness..). Can somebody prove I'm wrong?
Here is the server log:

Why is it showing this Inbound office hour's rule two times after the call failed? Looks like it uses the inbound rule when it is actually supposed to forward the call.
