Forwarding Overflowing Calls to 3rd party answering service.

I was looking at the forums to try to find a way to forward my overflow calls to a 3rd party answering service, but so far I’ve had no luck. If anyone could assist me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is some additional information about my current 3CX:
-Currently using version 3CX V18 version
-Trunk Provider is Twilio

Use a call queue, set a max number of waiting callers and then set the destination no answer to the external answering service number.
