Solved Forwarding rules / break times

Hi team,

Just been trying to set up break times for an extension so from 10am - 10:15am the extension will be set to away & also log out of the que. However I cant get the extension to follow the break times, it just stays logged in & won't set itself to away. Any ideas?

I set it under the away status & lunch status so it logs out of the que but no luck.

Hello @MetroAnakin

Please make sure that the Auto Switch option is enabled under the extensions forwarding rules.
Also note that the status of the extension will not change in the management console. You will need to use the switchboard on a client to see that the extension has been logged out of the queues. Also the phone will not accept queue calls.

I've just realized my fault that I was configuring it for Monday & not the current day lol.
