Question:
Dial-code: *742. "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office" also disables any ''Forwarding Rules' > 'Exceptions'' that use 'specific hours'.
Is this intended behavior? I don't see why it would be, they are exceptions after all. And forwarding-exceptions that use 'all hours' are still honored.
How to reproduce the problem:
Inbound rule 100 > Outside Office Hours > Digital Receptionist 200> option 1 > Extensions 300.
Extension 300 has a Forwarding Rules Exception:
Calls from caller ID : *
Received during: Specified hours 15:00 - 20:00.
Forward to: Extensions 310.
When 3CX PhoneSystem is forced OUT of office hours (*742), the call is routed through the DR 200, to Ext. 300, but and the call is within the defined 'specific hours', the call is denied as if unavailible/out of office.
Forwarding Exceptions that use 'Received during: all hours' are however always still honored.
