Forwarding when extension is not registered

Very simple question.

How do you forward a call to an external number if the extension you are calling is not registered? i.e.
With hot-desking, if say the user on extension 123 if not logged into his extension, then divert any calls for his extension (123) to his mobile phone.

I can only get it to go to the extensions voice mail.

Am I missing something?

under the Forwarding tab for extension there is options for "Phone is busy" it is also note "If my phone is busy or unregistered, then:"

Found it and it works, thanks. Why they couldnt call it busy/unregistered, I dont know!
