Solved fqdn.3cx.com.au not working (gray dot on Installs page)

Hi all,

one of our client's fqdn.3cx.com.au has got a gray dot on the customers.3cx.com installs page.

This is despite their on-prem 3CX Debian instance is up and running, their Public IP Address is correctly detected and we can successfully login to their 3CX management console via Public IP Address:5001.

Suggestions?
