Our install has been up for a few months now with everything working very well.
However, today I received an alert email saying:
"The FQDN you configured at installation time is not linked to the license key which is currently activated. As a result, video conferences cannot work. Activate the license used at FQDN creation time or re-install and use your new license key and link it to a new FQDN."
In addition there is a message in the logs saying:
"The FQDN you configured at installation time is not linked to the license key which is currently activated. As a result, video conferences cannot work. Activate the license used at FQDN creation time or re-install and use your new license key and link it to a new FQDN."
I've logged into the customer portal and it's showing the license key we are using linked with the correct FQDN.
We do not use video conferencing so I wondered whether this was a message I could safely ignore or if I'm likely to run into trouble at certificate renewal time.
The install is gcloud hosted and was deployed via pbx express.
Has anyone come across this problem before?
