FQDN doesn't work anymore

My FQDN myname.3cx.it stopped to work. If I ping it the result is
"ping: cannot resolve myname.3cx.it: Unknown host"
It seem the dns record disappeared.
What I can do?

What are the circumstances of your using the FQDN (licence?)? How long was it working before it stopped? Anything at your end changed about that time? Have you tried changing the IP of the server to dynamic, then back to static? Have you tried pinging from another computer/device, on a different network (using a different DNS server)?

Hello leejor,
1) I have Professional license
2) I installed it 1 month ago
3) I tried to change the IP address, but, the problem is dns don't resolve the domain name either to the old or to the new IP. Simply seem the dns record disappeared.
4) yes I tried to use different network/dns but nothing changed.

Is it possible the record dns is deleted by 3cx? How can I restore it?

Hello cobaltit, yes the license is working. I have more than 330 license days...

It sounds like your FQDN was released. If you PM @YiannisH_3CX he should be able to get it resolved.
