I have to say, this whole situation has been very unusual and quite frankly the issues you are facing do not make much sense unless of course the issue does reside on the firewall or ISP.

I'd honestly just recommend what I initially suggested which was to contact one of our 3CX Partners so that they can get in touch with 3CX Support and submit a support case for you, as this would definitely need a more in-depth investigation.

Hello Chris,
I have been in touch with the local 3CX Partner, and have done everything they suggested without much luck. The only option they could give me is setup a new 3CX PBX, on a new server they will provide, and also replace my firewall with a new one which they will provide. I am sure you can understand that this is not an option, its just the best solution for them, higher sale and easy job.
I am currently in Cyprus just across the 3CX head office in Nicosia. Literally a 1 minute walk. Isn't there an option to take this directly with them?

Since you're in Cyprus, I can say, with close to 100% certainty, that the ISP is not at fault as all major ISPs in Cyprus have been tested with 3CX. Therefore, it is very likely that the issue is indeed related to the firewall and its configuration(Provided of course that you did follow our Raspberry Pi installation guide as instructed).

Having a 3CX Partner look into this would be the best course of action but if you really do not want to or can't go down this path, all I can do is recommend that you purchase and submit a Support case directly with 3CX via the customer portal.

Have you done an NSLookup from the External Wifi to check the DNS options on that Wifi are returning an address ?

Thank you Chris. The installation is in Greece not in Cyprus, I am just in Cyprus at the moment. However the local partner in Greece also confirmed that they have done installations with this ISP before without a problem. Noted regarding the Support Case, I will try this when I am back. Thank you for your help so far.

Hello Robert,
Yes I have and it returns my public static IP.
