Could this be a bug? We had a perpetual license that expired last year and decided to switch to an annual licence some weeks ago. Now we're seeing that the FQDN (companyname.3cx.be) is not working. We have a fixed IP adres, but selected dynamic so the FQDN refreshes. We also restarted all services, but still the FQDN doesn't work at all. Ports are all open, and working when using the IP adres. The FQDN doesn't seem to exist, and doest point to an IP address.

Someone can help, as we cannot provision users outside the LAN network.

You may find, the Fqdn has been unpaired from your license key. You can check this, by logging into your customer portal. When installing 3cx it would have asked you for an email address and password - these are the details you need to enter

https://login.3cx.com

if it has been unpaired , please tell us what operating system you are using - Debian or windows and what version of 3cx so that we can give you the correct steps

if you ping your fqdn on another network. do you get an IP address ?

I looked it up and it says "FQDN released", how can it be paired again?

OS: Debian
3CX Version: 16.0.611
License: Professional Annual

Ping doesn't return anything, as the domain is not coupled.

I followed these steps and everything is back OK! Thanks for the assistance...
