France Winter time --> 3CX backuped twice

Hi,
this night in France we changed to winter time so hour is now GMT +1 instead of +2 in summer. This change has done a side effect for pbx backup, all the pbx set to backup this night have done twice with 1 hour range.

This is not a major problem but as i read you are working on new features for backup, could you improve backup execution tests to be sure backup are really done (not a zero byte file giving a notification of successfull backup) and if done only one time.
