Auto updated to Version 20.0 Update 8 (Build 1109 Release) E / AI. No transcripts showing on portal but appears to allow selection of calls and 'transcribe'? So its now manual call per call rather than already completed?

To get transcription done by 3CX you need to have Enterprise Plus. Or else configure OpenAI or Google to do it
