Free 3CX license from URL

Hi,

I'm reinstalling my customers 3CX install to a new system. I need to release the URL from the license key so I can install it under a new URL (certificate activation limit is active right now)
I can only free my URL from my own partner license, all the licenses from my customers I cannot free. How can I solve this problem so I can continue installing the system?

You will need to log in to the customer account the license is registered to and release the FQDN.

As @kieferschild mentioned you will need to access the 3CX Portal using the credentials of the owner of the key in order to be able and release the license key from the FQDN. This is also included in the below guideline:
