We have a Free Standard Annual 4SC On Premises system running as a VM which is apparently due to expire on 02/03/2024 (2nd March for US readers)
Have just upgraded to V20 i(n preparation for upgrading customer systems) and all is fine after a few issues to sort.
We were therefore expecting this license to extend as we have met all requirements for extension to end 2024 as far as I can see as per
"We’ll extend correctly registered 4SC FREE licenses until the end of 2024 as long as they’ve been upgraded to Version 20.
To prepare, please note the new requirements and upgrade information below:
On Premise installs require split DNS"
Assign a system owner
I can confirm we also meet the requirements
One subscription per customer account.
Each account must be registered with a unique email.
The license and the customer account must have the same email address.
This is getting a bit close to the wire!
Anyone else seeing this or have a comment?
