Free Upgrade from 12.5 to 15.5

Hello all,

I received an email some time ago advising that there is a free upgrade for anyone in an older version of 3cx.

I have searched and can't find the info I need or a guide.

Is this free upgrade still available?

Do I need to move up from 12.5 through each different version until I reach 15.5 (I have read conflicting information as to which path will work/be eligible for the free upgrade)

Yes, you will need to go to V14, then to 15.5

Please note that your licence will only be able to activate to V15.5 sp6 so you need to upgrade to that following the upgrade path. You will need to upgrade to V14, perform a backup and upgrade to V15.5. If you have active maintenance you should be ok to activate. If your maintenance is not active then contact our customer support department https://www.3cx.com/contact-form/

Thanks for that information just what I was after.

You will need to contact our customer support before upgrading so that you are able to activate once you reach V15.5
