Solved FreePBX migration to 3cx

Hi, my name is joseph and I run 8 stores. The 7th store still has FreePBX running on AWS since 2011 and I'm wondering how to migrate the server because I've been using 3cx since 2013 and it has been easier to use. My freepbx version is 12.

You seem to imply that you have several stores running 3CX and that you have 9 years of experience with 3CX under your belt so it seems you have all the knowledge needed to do what you need to do. Do you have a specific question like can you do a backup of FreePBX and restore to 3CX? In that case, no you can't.

Thanks! I manually migrated myself and moved the department phones over to 3cx and I keep everything default so I don't mess with anything.

OK yeah, that's pretty much how it has to be done. You can take care of some of the manual stuff by exporting extensions/users and importing into 3CX but most of that would be manual. Glad you got it sorted.

Thanks! I imported them and then turned FreePBX off and I connected the cisco 7945 phones and the mac address works and was able to register the extensions and the cyberdata ceiling speaker and outside speaker works perfectly. There wasn't any problems ever since the new 3cx phone system at that location. Thanks for all your help!
