Fresh Desk and other CRM are missing

I need your support in providing me with the Fresh Desk CRM XML file as, on my server side, I am not able to find it. I have been having this issue since upgrading to the latest Debian. Once the CRM Is deleted, I cannot download it through the CRM server site as it states that the CRM is up-to-date.

What is the version of the PBX? Have you also tried to restart your PBX services and check the CRM updates?

The version of the 3cx is 18.0 Update 2 (Build 314) and the raspberry pie is up to date Debian 10 and yes I have restarted the server twice and still facing the same problem

The raspberry pie is no longer supported for new updates so in your case you are not able to download any update.
Your solution here is to backup and restore using an on-premise, cloud or 3CX Hosted machine using the latest 3CX Build.
