From Display name Custom field

Dear 3CX

At the SIP trunk Outbound parameters, we would like to show the extention number at the From : Display name field, but no such option exists. Is there a list available of custom paramenters like the $AuthID, $CalledNum etc.which will generate the extension number of the person calling?

Please note that there is no option apart from Custom Field which will send your extensions number when calling out to a provider. You could set the extension number as the extensions outbound caller ID and user the parameter "Outbound Caller ID taken from extension settings"

What do I enter in the custom field then? As we are using the outbound called ID to display the landline number at the VOIP provider.

The custom field is used when you want to send something static. You can add an extension number there but the trunk will always send the value in the custom field which i do not think it's what you want.

When I type in $AuthID, it gives me the ID, is there not a variable that starts with $ that will give me the extension number?
