from normal fax to mail using 3cx server

Guyes please help me out i have strange problem
while sombody send me a fax from a normal fax machine to my email through 3cx server im getting half of page only every time not complete page!!!!

please could sombody tell me what is the solution i have done all steps with compitble deivces??!!!

It is not clear to me why you take a fax coming from the PSTN realm and have it arrive at your location on the same PSTN realm and then convert to digital via a gateway. Why not simply have a fax machine at the receiving and and by-pass the gateway with the fax line?

Ill explain you what I have
We have ten flour building with many vlans each tow floor we have a switch connected to offices and we using PRI LINE ... We don't have analog line in our organization So the things is We have bought compatible devices grandstram to solve fax issue.

I have programmed in 3cx server all necessary steps that any incoming fax come ..should go to programed extinsion number.
and its working fine but the problem is i cant get full page getting only half page...i just woundring any step i have to do it in grand stram or any configuration to be done please let me know
