FTP backup in v15

Is anyone having trouble with the FTP backup in v15? We setup FTP backups to an offsite synology for all of our PBXs as a failsafe. In v15, ftp will not connect, even though the address and credentials are exactly the same as they were for the v14 installation that was upgraded. For one site, I even went back to v14, connected to ftp and made a backup, upgraded to v15 and could not connect, in a span of 30 minutes. An ftp client run on the same windows machine that hosts 3cx connects via ftp using the same connection info without issue. This is verifiable across multiple installs with multiple ISPs.

Dear wilson2,

At the moment V15 pbx does not support FTP with Extended Passive Mode. Please disable this mode if you can on your existing server or try to use an alternative FTP Server without the Extended Passive Mode.
