FTP Backups - Fails when selecting recordings or call logs

Good Day,
I have followed the exact instructions on setting up FTP backups

However, when I run a backup with call logs it fails.
It doesn't show up on the 3cx panel and it shows up on my FTP server as a .zip file but at a size of 0kb.

Now I have been looking around the forums and I found a few people experiencing the same problems.
Something to do with the call logs.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked your FTP logs?
