FTP Issue with 16 update 4

Dear All,
Will try to describe whole situation we had.

When very first time 3CX has implementing archiving, we try to use:

a) Xlight FTP
b) Filezilla FTP

None of them worked! During upload there was an error, we tried every config possible but no luck

we installed: Serv-u FTP Server 15, and all start working like a charm
Till Update 3CX 16 Update 4

Now situation is opposite, for Serv-U we have:

error receiving file, aborting (in the log)
This cause file to be uploaded only for some part, lets say file of 2MB can be uploaded only for 1.4 MB

and this is randomly, files archived are getting damaged


But for:

a) Xlight FTP (now is working)
b) Filezilla FTP (now is working)

So we replaced FTP server

Decided to write this just for information

Rather than saying something works /doesn't work, there must be a reason for this.

Did you manage to log the failure using the verbose logs: https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/

It would give a more definitive answer, and I am sure 3CX would fully log such errors.
