Calling a tel: link in the browser is only possible if I install browser additions for firefox and chrome. No solution for other browsers.
Using the Windows client the "tel:" link works in all applications, no further installation necessary
tapi only works with the windows client. No way to use tapi if I use the web-client, cannot dial using tapi compatible applications.
I have to login to the pbx before beeing able to place a call. If the browser setting not allows to save passwords I have to manually login every time I click on a tel: link.
Using the webclient in firefox will give a warning the app only works with chrome.
How will this finally work? I cannot see how without some windows native bridge application a productive workflow is possible.
