GAC2500 - missed incoming call at 0 ring

Our new GAC2500 is connected to 3cx - direct Sip (STUN-Remote) all works fine but incoming calls are missed (internal and external) at 0 rings but caller gets to voice mail after 20sec. also caller hear silence until transferred to the voicemail. GAC2500 is not in SILANCE MODE and RINGT TONE VOLUME is at 75%. Please let me know if you have any idea.

So what is your definition of 'all works fine'? You mean you can make outgoing calls? Do you have any other STUN devices that are working? Did you do a proper STUN configuration with port forwarding?

Since the GAC2500 doesn't appear to be a supported device you can try asking Grandstream for support. You can also try 'lying' to 3CX about the phone and provision it as another Grandstream device and see if that takes.

That device is not supported, so the issue may be a matter of provisioning or a matter of firmware.
It could also be the fact that you are running it in STUN mode without the necessary prerequisites.

I would suggest contacting the manufacturer for further support in this case.
