Solved Gamma - Enhanced configuration (2 trunk mode)?

Hi Guys,
I’m trying to get our Gamma sip trunks setup; we have the Enhanced configuration trunks which gives us 2 gamma IP’s for a failover trunk.

With 1 trunk setup in/out calls work without issue
With the 2nd trunk setup in calls fail (out still work)

Saying that you must use a fake auth to get them both to work but I’ve not had any luck in getting it working.

Has anyone got the gamma Enhanced configuration working on a v16.0.2 box?

Hi Daniel,

Please note that this provider is officially supported as a single-account only. That's why it works fine with 1 trunk https://www.3cx.com/partners/sip-trunks/uk/

You can try however to create two trunks in this case, with the same DIDs and enable Call Source Identification to tell them apart and enable Use both "Call Source Identification" rules and "Caller Number/Name -> CalledNum" field mappings. You will also have to create double rules to cover for this.



Not sure if it will work for you but you can try.

didnt need to use 2nd option "Use both "Use both "Call Source Identification" rules and "Caller Number/Name -> CalledNum" field mappings (Note: Disables catch all routing capability)"
