Gateway grandstream HT813

Hello,
I've configured everything and most of it works as intended. But I've a problem with outgoing calls, the local phone (Snom) rings 3/4 times before ringing the PTSN line.
I've already tried disabling early media parameter but without success, and different timing parameters in the grandstream interface.
Any suggestions?

This model is not supported, but I can tell you that on a HT812 for example we don't observe this issue.

This would have to be directed to the vendor themselves.

If you do a capture you should be able to see that the call is placed fom the phone to the 3CX server, and then see the other leg and see that the call is placed to the gateway. We cant control what the gateway does from that point on. You will need to engage the support of the gateway vendor for this.
