Gateway Patton - 403 Forbidden

Hello everybody, a week and a half ago I installed a 3cx on promise with Patton Smartnode 4131 gateway, I used the 3cx self-generated template for the Patton configuration. For them everything worked without problems, if not after 4 days the 403 forbidden error appeared. I tried to reset the patton, reconfigure the switchboard, nothing to do. always the same error in external call:

The funny thing is that if I restart the router everything works for about 10 minutes.
Other errors are given by Keyword prefix mismatch

Today I tried to change the patton gateway, switching to an old Patton Trinity 4552, with a configuration similar to that of another installation (working) and nothing .. always error 403
