I have two O365 tenants, a commercial and a GCC high. The commercial is syncing to my 3CX instance. I have plenty of guests from other commercial tenants and non-O365 environments that show in the list of users to sync. I have users from GCC High who are guests in my tenant who are fully functional guests, but they do not show in the list of users to sync to 3CX. I have reauthorized the app, verified that they have access to every 3CX app. I have waited several days since adding them as a guest, and they still do not show as an available user to sync when choosing users, even though all of my non-GCC High guests are in the list.
I have verified the checkbox for "Sync Guest users" is checked.
