Hi all,
Seems I can't find any info on this (and I have a client bugging me about it, and can't stop untill I get some in writing).
So the question is:
- are there any general limitation on number of queues, ring groups, agent in queues etc, etc,
Meaning if there are any software limitations like on some branded Asterisk boxes where there can be only 32 or so Call Queues and 32 Ring Groups with 64 max agents in queue.
If anyone know if this exists or there is just numbering limitation. ex. If I have a system with 3 digit extensions there could be MAX of 980 Queues ( with no room for normal extensions)?
I realy think that this info should be widely accessible so anyone could decide faster for this great system.
Thanks anyone who answers.
