hello dears, this issue just came up and some times increasing, how can i know where is the issue ?

it is making a huge ABN

How is everything set up?
Do you manage the network yourself?
Is this system wide? a softphone client? the management page?

There are a lot of things that can be valid reasons and without information there really isnt much anyone can say..

our 3cx is on cloud
yes, it's a managed internally by me and nothing is changed

where can i even start trouble shooting

How was the system deployed? ISO, Marketplace or manual install.

Are you using a 3CX FQDN?

Then your issue is probably coming from AWS.

Did you do any changes to the Security group, VPC or network interface?
