Hey, I'm currently learning how to set up this system,
Just a question am i able to have a customer dial my number and have it auto pickup, read the wav file and then add the customer to the que rather than giving them the 1-9 options.

Just to add onto that, im not looking to have any inputs just if the phone isn't answered within a few rings it gets added to a que. and then i can pick it up whenever.

You could set this up using an IVR, where you've set all key actions to Nothing. Record your prompt or upload your prompt then change the "Destination for invalid or no DTMF input" section "If no input within seconds:" to 1 second. Have it forward to the queue and what will happen is after playing the prompt, 1 second after the prompt finishes, it will forward to the queue of your choice.
