I have a customer service software that dials in and out for customer messages - https://www.ictinnovations.com/ - I use it fine on a pbx grandstream 6204
I want to use 3cx but can't figure out how to add a generic phone to 3cx. On all other phone systems you just give a string - how do I create a generic trunk I have attached what I need so the
centos box can use the sipict.JPG

Hi!

First of all I want to say, be VERY careful with setting/changing the default SIP Credentials of 3CX Extension from the Management Console. Making them "easy" so it's easy for you to configure your X device is terrible for security and that is by far the most common reason for hacked PBXs.
So, leave them to default which are randomly generated.

To answer your question, the mapping of fields is this:

Thank you for your help. I have the unit set up. I can call the number but can't make outbound calls . Here is what I am trying to accomplish. I have a grandstream phone old one connected incase somone calls the number.
We also have a centos unix box that needs to connect to the system to send and receive sms. How do I set up dual registration and point calls to one registration and sms to the other registration. I have include as many screen shots as I could think of
