Generic SIP Trunk unable to connect

Good evening,
I'm trying to install Generic SIP Trunk since I'm in Greece (OTE is provider)

provider instructions is

SIP Server: ims.otenet.gr or 195.167.16.1
Username: [email protected] or sip: [email protected]
Password: **.
Account Name: + 30xxxxxxxxxx
Port: 5060
Codec: Any



But it is unable to connect (Roaming Restricted)





Do I make something wrong? because the telephone company give me only the password.

I would appreciate any help.

You need to talk to your provider. It looks like you will need to tell them what IP you are accessing from. They are the ones restricting you, not 3CX.

the provider's instructions sent by email are the ones I mentioned above (SIP Server: ims.otenet.gr or 195.167.16.1 ), however I will contact the provider again for clarification.

Well my interpretation of roaming restricted seems like an IP restriction but it could be their way of saying they don't like the format. But either way they should see your attempts and be able to tell you what you need to change.
