Generic SIP working with v18 not with v20

I am able to register Generic SIP with v18 but not v20 (same SIP). is there any specific config for v20 ?

Generic providers might require custom parameters in order to work. You need to contact them or use a 3CX Supported Provider to avoid any issue.

How about generic SIP extensions, we had some Hikvision Public Addressing speakers working fine and now we cant register them. Did we loose regular or generic sip extension capability?
