Generic VoIP Provider or Generic SIP Trunk on version 16

Hello.
Thanks in advance for any help. I just did a fresh install version 16 on a Windows Server 2012 R2. Everything went smooth but now i am in a dead stop, unable to add my SIP Trunk.
According to manual I should have Generic VoIP Provider or Generic SIP Trunk options to add my SIP Trunk provider. I use NexVortex as our SIP Trunk provider. Please see that attached image.

Is the option under a country, other than the US?

Generic option missing completely from all countries.

It's under country GENERIC.
