Is 3cx looking into implementing a geo block method of some sort? What are you guys doing who are using places like vultr to host your instances?

Thanks :)

@ElementalWindX at the moment there are no plans for this as the PBX 's primary role is not to act as a firewall :)
Yes it has Security Settings on Management Console >> Security >> Security Settings >> Anti-Hacking tab which can secure your PBX to the maximum and also it has section " Automatic Global 3CX IP Blacklist " which will download and apply a Global List of known malicious ip addresses based on reputation from other PBXs.
Your PBX will not even respond to any requests from these ip addresses and will not even consume any local resources. Please check here Slide 15 :

Now for PBXs on the Cloud as you mentioned, we highly recommend to enable Firewall Rules in front of your PBXs.

Had a feeling yall might say that. I totally get it. In Debian it would be easy to implement. In windows it would be a pita, but also doable with the powershell commands that work with the windows firewall. I get it though.

Wish vultr would have a geo block capable firewall.
