Get logs of HT503 in 3CX Phone System V10

How can I get logs of the Grandstream adapter HT503 in 3CX Phone System V10?
The LAN port of HT503 connects the computer with 3CX Phone System V10 installed.

Installed free Kiwi Syslog Server, got logs.
