Get missed calls via API

Hello,

I have 3CX with a professional license and want to get all missed calls (local in the client) via your api. I don't found any documentation about that.

Someone could give me some help how to get them?

Unfortunately there is no API to get this information.

The main problem is, that the tray icon is not getting updated/changed when I have any missed calls.

So I have to open 3CX and check the symbol if there are missed calls.

This is very frustrating if I leave my place 10 times a day..

My solution was to create a service which changes the tray icon if I have missed calls..

Why isn't it possible to completely control the 3cx software via the api? Maybe you should expand the functions of your api?
