Get user Speech as string

Hi,

I need to develop an integration and I would need the user speech as a text in order to send it as variable.
It is possible? I know i can get the record but it need to be recurring, like, the person say something send get a response, say another thing and keeps going.

You can do this with a Call Flow Designer app. We do this with our Prescription Line and Survey Creator tools for 3CX. You would need to prompt the caller with a question, record their response, use a voice to text engine to transcribe their response, take an action, then ask the next question.

Previously we were using Bing Speech, but that has been deprecated by Microsoft. We are now looking at transitioning to the new "Speech services"? Not sure the name of the new product is. Bing had an optimization for low-quality recordings which is appropriate for 3CX recordings Hopefully, the new service does as well.

Im confused on how the script is made, do you have any hints?

And it uses the file on folder, its the only option?

I would send the parameter as the recording, it is possible to don't save the recording after all the procedure?
