My 3CX is running behind a router that has DMZ pointing to it. Internal phones work ok. If an outside caller calls me, he can hear me but I can't hear him.

I am sorta lost at this point after many hours of trying different thing...any help?? Thank you in advance.

Can be ports UDP 10000 - 20000 or codecs that has to be G711
her are the full range of ports:

UDP 5060 for sip
upd 7000 - 7500 for internal extensions but need to be enabled if your device is external eg you phones are on the internal network and 3cx is on DMZ
udp 9000 - 9003 for external these ports are used for inbound and outbound calls routed via the ATA
udp 10000 - 20000 these are for your sound traffic or also called the RFC ports.

One way audio means you have a firewall or network configuration problem

You must install 3CX on the internal network, and then ensure your firewall is correctly configured (assuming you are using a VOIP provider). Use the server status logs to troubleshoot the problem.

For future posts, specify what you are using to make and receive calls, and also post the server status log.
