Hello,

I have come across a problem. When I get incoming calls, all I see as a caller ID is @.
What I know is that the calls are coming from an asterisk. Has anyone ever seen this issue before?

Hi,

You can check that the inbound parameters of your SIP trunk are correct (created a fake "new" trunk with this provider to check the default setting) .
If it is correct, You should make a wireshark capture of an inbound call to verify that your provider is sending you a callerID or not. If not you should then proceed to contact them to see if anything can be done on their side.

Hello JorisR_3CX,

Thanks for repyling. The weird thing is i dont use asterisk. Could this be a problem from the one that us using the astrisk.

It probably could but first you need to check what we receive. If we don't get the caller ID , you need to check with your provider what they get to see if the issue is on their side or on the caller side.
